Position : Production PPC Logistics (A/D)GM
Reporting to : Plant Head
Work Location : Manesar
Responsibilities :
○Competencies:- Directs and coordinates activities concerned with production of company products by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors and respective plant management personnel.
○Managing a team of 100+ Work Force with a mix of Manager, DY. Managers Managing coordinators in all operations activities related to Production,Quality, PPC,Maintenance,CWL, Manufacturing, Budgeting control, Manpower development, Customer Interactions/ care activities

●To coordinate with all concerned departments (Production,PPC,Maintenance,Tool Room,Quality & Warehouse Logistic) for smooth production as per schedule.
●New Product Development Activities from Concept to Final Despatch of Product lines
●Capacity optimization Planning ,Enhancement by systematic approach of resources, be it machines, Auxiliaries and other equipments
●Coaching Team and helping them to taking proactive countermeasures to achieve and sustain Divisional Results.
●Responsible for achieving & presenting the profitability of the division through PQCDSM platform to the management in Monthly MIS.
●Driving Cost saving Projects to raise the bottom line of profitability of division
●Plastic Raw Material Knowledge, Injection Moulding Process & Planning
●Trouble Shooting in injuction Moulding Process & Plastic parts quality problems.
●Encourage Good Culture on shop Floor. (Review Of Kaizen’s, Improvement projects, Red Bin Meeting etc...)
●Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality
●To ensure on time release of monthly and daily production schedules in synchronization with customer delivery requirement .
●Overseeing production related tasks including planning , control & troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules & Process control.
●Leading a team & attaining the monthly production targets by assigning targets & tracking progress against targets by analyzing daily reports
●Department Planning & Budgeting.
●Work closely with the Environmental Health and Safety Manager to ensure all members of the manufacturing team are aware of safety policies to provide a safe workplace for our employees

○Tool & Mould development knowledge（Preferbale)
