Position : Head of Finance Operation
Reporting to : Managing Director
Work Location : Gurgaon
Responsibilities :
- Finance & Controlling -
○Responsible for overall finance and accounting function and reporting (monthly, quarterly and yearly) in compliance with Indian GAAP, IFRS, JGAAP SOX, etc
○Ensure accurate, timely, transparent and insightful financial reportingand analysis to MD and headquarter
○Liaise with MD, functional leaders and Headquarter in Japan to execute initiatives and to drive near-term business results and financial performance
○Build a trusted & respected Finance team in India, known for transparency, as well as strength of their business partnership and acumen
○Improve and introduce Internal control for IFCFR
○Develop annual operating plan such as buget-making and long-term strategic plan
- Operation IT HR -
○Responsible for Operations and Corporate Services
○Realize the sustainable & effective operations and corporate services
○Develop and lead to realize policies of compliance, IT, and HR, and internal control
