Finance Controller

Job Responsibilities:

·         Develop and maintain plant financial data in compliance with Company policies and procedures and in compliance with GAAP meeting Indian statutory accounting standards.

·         Collect information and documentation necessary to report monthly financial results including sales , costs , fixed assets, inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable etc. and to maintain accounting books.

·         Analyze monthly financial performance and report information to plant leadership team.

·         Analyze financial performance for investment proposals and report information to plant leadership team.

·         Effectively manage plant expenses.

·         Continuously improve business controls.

·         Host audits and respond appropriately to auditor requests.

·         Ensure compliance to finance related government rules and regulations including tax and banking.

·         Coordinate the development of the annual operating plan.

·         Develop monthly forecasting and quarterly reporting to the Management.

·         Develop standard costing data for all product lines.

·         Assess Business Risk and to take decision to get the risk covered under appropriate Insurance policy, if required
