Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide day-to-day functional management for ELC Process Analysts
• Project management for ELC process improvement projects
• Create & Manage accountability to task-level project plans
• Responsible for portfolio status reporting on ELC initiatives
• Manage project scope, including new scope intake prioritization/trade-offs
• Manage overall project scope, schedules, & resourcing
• Own & Manage process quality escalations to leadership
• ELC functional intake management
Requirements
KEY CAPABILITIES NEEDED:
• 12+ years HR operations experience
• 3+ years managerial experience
• Excellent communication & facilitation skills
• Ability to influence project teams & stakeholders
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Detailed oriented
• HR operations experience preferred
