Job Description
Responsible for OPEX/CAPEX forecast tracking for projects and operations within Enterprise Infrastructure. Supports infrastructure tower leads in contract legal review, Zero Based Budgeting, CAR and PR/PO preparation, support and maintenance contract renewal and true up. Responsible for infrastructure related bookkeeping tasks such as
• Track OPEX/CAPEX spending
• Track and reconcile ledgers and budgets
• Asset capitalization and inventory mgmt
• Track PO’s, invoices and quarterly accruals
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related analytical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
5-7 Years of experience Financial Forecast Planner and Contract Admin
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and forecasting methods.
Financial management experience with financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis.
Basic understanding of contract law.
Skills:
Excellent spoken and written communication.
Able to manage, organize, prioritize, multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong experience in budgeting and finance including the analysis and reporting of financial data.
Advanced Excel proficiency. 3+ years of practical experience of using Excel for building and maintaining financial models.
Proficiency with analytical and presentation tools (Excel pivot tables, SQL queries, graphing, PowerPoint).
Detail oriented, able to spot inconsistencies in contracts.
