Deliver the in-organic growth targets in Ventures Acquisition under Technology for North America Drive the Technology VA CoE working with Global Technology leaders in identifying target firms for potential acquisitions and partnership to achieve the firms revenue growth objective Actively Involve in Tech Alignment meetings, Business Presentation, CiCo Stage 2 and 3 approval phase Deeply involved to front end and drive the entire Due Diligence activities for selected target firms
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced lead who has over 7-10 years of experience in Acquisitions, hands on experience in start-up across various industries and extensive exposure to pre and post-merger integration
