Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for managing the sales team for the Horeca customer channel (restaurants, coffee bistros, vendors, catering, etc.). - Develop sales plans, execute sales activities, and develop new customers. - Summarize and report daily work progress to the team. - Train, guide, and evaluate the performance of the sales staff within the team. - Conduct market analysis and competitor analysis, and propose appropriate business strategies. - Responsible for the sales performance of the team.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Language: English or Japanese - Intermediate Level - Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Economics, Business Administration or Food - Experience: From 3 to 5 years of experience in Horeca sales, and having team-leading experience. - Others: + Cheerful, quick, agile in communication, and proactive at work. + Ability to work under high pressure, honesty, and confidence + Experience in market visits and enjoyment of field work. + Ability to propose menus and ideas for customers, and cooking skills.
