【Marketing】 - Collect market information - Conduct desk research to gather background market information - Contribute to marketing campaigns - Direct market research 【Sales 】 - Advise on selection of products - Close sale - Consolidate all information given to no appointment customer, then leave it for the related salesman to follow up quotation till close order - Contribute to sales activities - Create sales opportunities - Create sales opportunities (cold call) - Follow up the whole selling process with the walk-in customer until close sale - Greet and introduce products to customers of our salesman (no appointment) - Greet and introduce products to walk-in customers - Implement a sales plan - Monitor achievement of sales targets -Prepare tender bid -Process the quotation once the customer order the products - Process urgent quotation to no appointment customer according to the related salesman's price instruction 【Sales Development 】- Prepare tender bid 【Sales / Marketing 】 - Identify new sales and marketing opportunities 【Sales / Product 】 - Advise on colour matching of products - Advise on maintenance and care of products - Advise on selection of products - Conclude after sales service - Cost product - Describe product range offerings - Establish customer requirements - Forecast product sales performance - Identify new sales opportunities for product 【Others】 - Analyse competitors - Analyse customer satisfaction - Analyse research information - Analyse Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction Take up ad-hoc assignments and reporting
Job Requirement
【Must Requirements】 - Form 7 or above, 1 year solid sales experience, preferable in wallcoverings or retail sales or in the building materials/sanitary ware /residential/furniture/interior design industry - Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese, including Mandarin - Japanese speaking level 2 is an advantage - Outgoing personality, strong communication and sales skill - A strong team follower, reliable, pleasant, self-motivated, meticulous and articulate - Familiar with using social media - On-job training will be provided - Performance-based discretionary bonus, no sales commission
