Job Description
• Assist in general HR functions and clerical support such as payroll administration, maintain leave records, travel arrangements, arrange couriers etc
• Provide support in administration duties including all stationery, office equipment maintenance, procurement, filing, and general correspondence etc
• Assist in preparing regular and ad hoc reports
• Handle ad-hoc project as required
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• High Diploma or above
• At least 2 years of experience in an HR & Admin role
• Fluent in Japanese(N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing)
• Immediate available preferred
