Job Description
• Handle existing clients (80%) and explore new clients (20%)
• Handle client complaints and troubleshoot
• Visit clients and suppliers(Mainly in China)
• Prepare sales reports, quotations, and other related documents
• Assist the management in improving the team's efficiency
• Work with the logistic team to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with the engineering team and the factories regarding production and quality issue
• Communicate with different internal departments to ensure smooth operation
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 10 years of experience in an electronic trading firm
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2), English, and Chinese
• Work Experience in a Japanese company preferred
• Management experience preferred
• Immediate available preferred
