Job Description
• Provide all-rounded secretarial support to the Japanese chairman and the Japanese director
• Prepare meeting and presentation materials such as Powerpoint in Japanese
• Write meeting minutes in Japanese
• Manage diary and meeting schedule
• Possible opportunities in handling corporate planning matters
• Other duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s Degree in Japanese or other related disciplines
• Excellent command of Japanese(N1), English, and Mandarin
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in Accounting or Finance is an advantage
• Work experience in a Japanese Company is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Hard-working and can-do spirit
