<Job Responsibilities>
・Provide customer support and handle enquiries from customers through Chat, email and SNS.
・Responsible for creation and modification of webpage, such as homepage
・Managing the content of SNS and Webpage, such as Facebook, Weibo, Weixin and Skype.
・Editing video and subtitles
・Creating poster and leaflets.
・Handle shipping and delivery arrangement
・Assist in other ad hoc duties
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・1 year working experience in customer service.
・Fresh graduate is welcome.
・Familiar with the content of SNS and Webpage.
・Good command of Japanese(N2 or above), English and Mandarin
・Chinese & Japanese Typing.
・Proficiency in MS office.
・Self-initiative, willing to learn and flexible candidate.
