Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle full spectrum of payroll and billing services including payroll calculation, reports, taxation and MPF
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff data, including personal, attendance, and leave records
• Implement and maintain the human resource information system to ensure the accuracy of employee data and payroll information.
• Liaise with the HQ in Japan
• Translate and interpret from Japanese to Cantonese/ English and vice versa
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N1), English, and Chinese
• At least 2 years of experience in payroll calculation
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Work experience in a Japanese company would be an advantage
• Experience in implementing HRIS would be an advantage
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
