Japanese speaking sales coordinator

Jobs responsibilities:
• Follow up on sales and purchase orders
• Handling full set of I/E shipping document and custom declaration (Tradelink)
• To handle shipping schedule and arrangement
• Stock flow management
• Communication with Japan Headquarter.
• Ad-hoc Duties


Requirements:
• Form 5 or above
• Fresh graduate and less experience will be considered
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken in Japanese(N1 holder) English and Mandarin
• Have good communication, well organized, and a fast learner
