Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Compile and coordinate projects for electronic products for agricultural and automotive vehicles mainly between mass production development and line-off phase typically lasting from 6~18months
• Liaison with stakeholders to meet all customer requirements and internal standards
• Orders processing, management, and delivery monitoring to meet supplier production schedules
• Lead negotiations to acquire resources to accomplish tasks within the deadline
• Conduct on-site visits and audits at the supplier to ensure on-time progress of projects, production line meets the required quality and efficiency and quality of the product is according to standard
• Assist product quality assurance for defective products including product and process investigation analysis, implementation of corrective actions, and reporting
• Provide periodic reporting of work to supervisor and management
• Business trip to China and Vietnam
• Ad hoc assignments from supervisor and management
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering will also be considered
• Fluent in Japanese (N2), English, and Mandarin.
• Strong at quantitative and qualitative analysis, Proficient in MS Office
• Experience in project management, ISO standard, or Japanese manufacturer will be a plus.
