Job Description
• Prepare plans for the purchase of materials
• Coordinate with the headquarter in Japan to understand their needs
• Manage inventories and place orders as needed
• Maintain accurate purchase and pricing records
• Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc
• Handle shipment orders
• Research and evaluate offers from potential suppliers and negotiate contracts
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Visit the suppliers in China and Southeast Asia
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree or above
・At least 2 years of experience in a purchasing/ procurement position
・Fluent in Japanese(N2 or above), English, and Chinese
・Proficient in MS Office
・Candidate with more experience will be considered as an Assistant Purchasing Manager
