Job Description
・Using the internal system to carry out deposit process
・Perform remittance support, trading support, live chat support
・Support Japanese clients account opening
・Perform the standard check for the Japanese clients
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Business level Japanese(JPLT N1) is a must
・Good knowledge in Keigo (writing & speaking)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・1-2 years experience in Japanese mail and verbal communication.
・Worked in Japanese company is advantage.
・Conversational level English is preferred
・Fresh graduate is also welcomed
