Job Description
• Formulate and develop strategic marketing plans by identifying the market trends and clients’ requirements to achieve business objectives
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Carry out different kinds of marketing/sales activities and promote the company’s new products to existing clients
• Initiate to explore new businesses/client bases to achieve sales growth
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Manage budget plan and prepare appropriate reports
• Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectivity
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years sales & marketing experience in related to fiber, textile & garment
• Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding in fiber, textile & garment markets
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and experience in customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Business travel is required
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager
