Analyst(Data Management)

<Job Responsibilities>
• In charge of data management for the department, including following up the departmental business performance, pipeline management, Loan and Deposit balance control, RWA management, etc
• Assist in devising departmental strategies
• Prepare necessary data and reports for the management as well as relevant parties, such as monthly MEO reports, monthly meeting materials for Section Heads, and other reports to Head Office, and provide relevant analysis
• Builds internal and external network to execute regular deals and day-to-day work
• Build a good working relationship with other members and stakeholders and effectively collaborates with them to achieve Team goals

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree holder in Business or related disciplines
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Banking industry
• Fluent in Japanese (N1) and English
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills;
• Able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision;
