Sales Executive

<Job Responsibilities>
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Prepare sale reports and forecasts
• Participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company
• Gather feedback from clients

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• At least 2 years of experience in sales with a proven track record
• Strong network with developer/ architecture /design company preferred
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Japanese ability is an advantage
