Job Description
• Support administrative duties related to the planning of the Treasury Department;
• Assist in planning and coordination in the department with superiors;
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to managers of the Treasury Department;
• Prepare internal reports on a regular basis;
• Process invoices or expenses in a timely manner.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree holder;
• At least 2 years of secretarial and administrative experience;
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Japanese would be an advantage;
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel;
• Good communication skill and telephone manner;
• Be proactive, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure and independently.
