Job Description
• Support Sales Company and Partners in Asia Pacific Region
• Provide support in usage and troubleshooting of application
• Communicate and cooperate with 3rd parties and Kyocera Head Office to provide professional service
• Responsible for internal testing, documentation, and technical training to internal end-users
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma in Computer Science or Business related disciplines
• Basic Knowledge of programming and database
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Windows, MS Office, MS Server
• Knowledge of Mac and Linux is an advantage
• Ability to speak Japanese is an advantage
