Job Description
• Provide support to the Japanese manager
• Liaise with the headquarter in Japan and the branch offices in China
• Prepare reports by summarizing and concluding the monthly sales and profit reports provided by the branch offices in China
• Ensure aligned, timely, and accurate reporting
• Enhance effectiveness by providing information management
• Communicate appropriately, professionally, and effectively cross-level internally
• Other duties as assigned
• Business travel to China is required (Once per month or less)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales assistant role
• HKAL/ HKDSE or above
• Good command of spoken and written Japanese (N2 or above), English & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Work experience in a Japanese company would be an advantage
• Mature and stable
