Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Prepares full set of export document, eg. commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of lading AWB, etc
・Submission of declarations by Trade Link
・Daily input and verification of system data
・Provide clerical and administrative support to logistics group
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・At lease 3 year experience in related field
・Form 5 or above
・Good in Mandarin (a Must) and average in written and spoken English
・Able to handle Trade link operation
・Hardworking, willing to work overtime, under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
・Analytical, self-motivated and a good team player
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office
・Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
