<Job Responsibilities>
• Assist in performing hardware and software installation, configuration, procurement process, and IT equipment house-keeping;
• Responsible for all in-house technical support;
• Assist in system testing and conduct data reconciliation;
• Participate in IT procurement and implementation;
• Handle computer operation duties such as trouble-shooting, PC operation, etc.;
• Communicate in both written and spoken Japanese and English within a corporate environment
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Proficient in MS office (include MS Access and VBA);
• Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related discipline;
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1), English, Cantonese
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support, system installation, and maintenance;
• Knowledge of IT network and equipment (switch, router, firewall, servers, VMware, SAN, etc) is preferable
