Job Description
【Job Responsibility】 - Perform daily operations of settlement activities for local and global equities & futures - Coordinate with other brokers on all clearing and settlement issues - Ensure all instructions from clients are executed timely and efficiently - Daily tasks include trade matching, position reconciliation, corporate action etc. - Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor - Occasional outdoor duties
Job Requirement
【Requirements】 - Post-secondary education with min. 1 year of related experience - Knowledge in settlement of local and overseas equities, futures and commodities - Hands on experience on operating settlement systems such as CCASS, DCASS - Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) - Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills - Detail-minded, responsible, hardworking and willing to learn - Immediate available preferred
