Job Description
• Provide comprehensive supports to the HR team to ensure all end-to-end operations and services are carried out smoothly and in a timely manner including but not limited to full set payroll operations, benefits renewal and administration, HRIS enhancement and maintenance, staff record management, and employee engagement, etc.
• Prepare, review and update the changes of agreements/contracts, correspondences, and policies/SOPs
• Master various HR databases to ensure HR processes effectively
• Act as a contact point to provide professional advice in all staff inquiries on HR related matters
• Assist in strengthening corporate core values and employee engagement activities
• Perform any ad hoc projects and assignments as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of experience in fast-paced and matrix organizations, with previous experiences in C&Bs and various HR projects is a plus
• Fully conversant in Hong Kong employment-related ordinances and rules & regulations (i.e. MPFA, IRD, ECI, etc.)
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin); Japanese will be an advantage
• Advance level skills in MS Office applications (particularly EXCEL)
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Executive
