Job Description
- Assist manager to develop strategic plans and further growth in business of Forwarding and Express/Courier
- Create “One Stop Solution” logistics service for new or current clients
- Promote and manage operations in e-commerce B2C service
- Handle and follow up import and export inquiries
- Account management and maintain good business relationships with local or overseas clients and business partners
- Achieve commitments and clients inquiries
- Cooperate with management and other divisions
<Requirements>
- 2-3 years of experience in regional or global sales experience in Forwarding or Express/Courier
- Self-standing, proactive, interpersonal, analysis, negotiation, implementation and problem solving skills
- Able to act as a team player to execute the operation among multiple divisions
- Able to prepare reports as agreed with customers
- Able to tackle problematic area and enhance service quality;
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, Japanese language is a plus but not necessarily required
