Job Description
• Responsible for handling shipping/logistics documentation and data entry;
• Provide general clerical support to daily operation;
• Customs declaration through trade-link;
• Monitor inventory level of materials, take proper actions to speed up the material turnover rate and avoid exceed stock;
• Coordinate with warehouse and related parties to ensure smooth supply;
• Handle ad hoc clerical duties as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma or above in logistics, supply chain management or related disciplines;
• 2 years of logistics or shipping experience in the FMCG industry;
• Knowledge in managing ERP system;
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently;
• Fluent in Cantonese and conversational in English;
