<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle full set of I/E independently
• Arrange shipment delivery
• Handle and follow-up shipment booking
• Handle daily sales order and purchase order
• Tradelink declaration
• Communicate with the corresponding parties regarding logistics issues
• Provide administrative support in the daily operation
• Other duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• HKCEE/HKAL or above
• At least 3 year of shipping experience
• Work experience in a trading company or eCommerce company is an advantage
• Good command in Japanese(JLPT N1), Mandarin, English, and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel
