【Job Responsibilities】
・Understand the system and rule of online game
・Handle client inquiries by email and phone in Japanese
・To draw up a report in Japanese and translate English to Japanese
・Explain the rules of the game to the clients in Japanese
・Walk clients through basic troubleshooting or payment processes in Japanese
・Acknowledge and resolve client complaints in Japanese
Job Requirement
【Necessary Skill / Experience 】
・At least 2 years experience in customer support field is necessary
・Diploma or higher in Japanese or related disciplines, ideally obtained from an education institution in Japan would be preferable
・Fluent level in Japanese
・Business level in English
・Excellent communication skills
・Proficient in Microsoft Office
