Job Description
- Handle payroll process, constantly review and make the necessary improvement to streamline the process.
- To arrange for staff development & compliance training program and company activities.
- Master and maintain the HRIS system to ensure the accuracy of employee data and payroll information.
- Prepare monthly employee cost analysis and improvement plan continually,
- Manage tax calculation and filling for different countries and comply with local compliance.
- Adopt to refine project standards, policies, procedures, and methodologies.
- Participant in ad-hoc HR & General Admin projects
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Stock control in general administration will be an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English, Japanese(N2 or above)
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly for Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in HRIS
