Job Description
- Provide all-rounded HR support within the Group and focusing on performance management, and employee well-being.
- Be in-touch of local labour laws, market trend, industry players' activities and best practices
- Ensure adherence to both HR & company policies, and promote professionalism throughout the workplace
- Provide quality supporting service and foster the high motivation environment in the company
- Provide professional translation and interpretation services to Japanese management and overseas branches
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources or Business Management
- With at least 6 years’ experience in the HR field (C&B focus or all-round experience are welcome)
- Fluent in written and verbal English, Mandarin and Japanese (N1 Holder is a must)
