Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Conduct on-site investigations to ensure the suppliers follow the requirement of codes of conduct(COC) such as the prohibition of child labor and forced labor, assurance of appropriate working hours and fair compensation, prevention of environmental pollution, etc.
• Travel to Asian and European countries such as Vietnam, Cambodia, Bangladesh, and India to conduct on-site investigations(Once to twice per month)
• Prepare investigation reports in Japanese, English, and Mandarin
• Prepare related documents for the upper management
• Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Work experience in a Japanese company is a must
• Good command of written and spoken Japanese, Chinese and English
• Willing to learn and able to work independently
• Meticulous and able to work under pressure
