Job Description
• Process travel arrangement and booking system such as hotel booking and flight reservation
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office such as:
• Mailing & courier arrangement
• Internal & external document delivery
• Office and equipment maintenance
• Assist in reception work and maintain a neat and tidy office environment
• Assist in company event preparation
• General support of office administration
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Form 6 (HKDSE) or above
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably gained from a sizable company
• Excellent time management skills and ability of multi-tasking and work priority
• Detail minded, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Immediate available preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Administrative Executive
