Job Description
・Assist management to establish the business plan includes:
・Fiscal financial plans
・Develop a business case that effectively generates sales
・Yearly business plan proposal and project implementation
・Assist general admin task for supporting the department
・Assist general accounting task for supporting the department
・Assist the director for any ad-hoc duties
・Min 3 yrs relevant experience in business support/business planning from a logistic company. Experience gained from the Japanese company will be an advantage.
・Proficient in PC operation for Excel, Word & Outlook.
・Experience in handling the accounting task and reporting generation
・Able to provide some secretarial work for the Director when necessary
・Well organized and able to work under pressure
・Good command of English & Mandarin; Good Japanese Speaking and writing is required (JLPT N1 holder is a must)
・Immediately available is preferred
