Job Description
・Manage all book-keeping records; data entry, bank transactions, general ledger, sales reports.
・Manage financing arrangements with banks, handle clients payments, oversee day-to-day cash flow.
・Assist with administrative functions and other ad-hoc jobs to assist with smooth office operations.
・Preparation of operations reports and credit report.
・Min 3 yrs relevant experience in accounting and admin, experience gained from a Japanese company or logistic company will be advantageous
・Proficient in PC operation for Excel, Word & Outlook.
・Experience in handling the full set account and credit management is an advantage
・Able to provide some Admin & Secretarial work for the Director
・Well organized and able to work under pressure
・Good command of English & Mandarin; Good Japanese Speaking and writing is required (JLPT N1 holder is a must)
