Job Description
- Handle Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, and Bank Balance and Petty Cash
- Prepare and check invoice, vouchers, monthly statement to clients, etc.
- In charge of general affairs
- Arrangements for the business trip, housing arrangements
- Handle any ad-hoc duties if necessary
-Higher Diploma or above
-3 years or above relative experience are necessary
-Experience of general affairs is preferable
-Experience in retail industry is preferred (Experience of Food & Beverage is highly preferred)
-Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
-Good interpersonal and communication skills, patient, careful and detail-minded
-Proficiency with MS Word and Excel are highly important
-Experience of using Peach tree is preferable
