Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Manage and execute the whole order processing duties including order dispatch processing, invoice printing, and delivery arrangement
• Follow up order inquiries from Japan Market, such as order checking and order cancellation upon request by customers
• In-charge of promotion sample preparation including leaflet ordering, leaflet setting, and stock control
• Work closely with the logistic partner on daily dispatch forecast and daily shipment issues
• Communicate closely with internal departments on order receivable status
• Ensure accurate input/update of data into ERP system
• Prepare order/claim reports for management review
• Assist on shipment arrangement upon request
• Perform any other duties as per assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Higher Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant disciplines
• 3 years and above of relevant experience preferably in logistics/operation duties
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese(N1)
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Familiar in using MS Excel (Vlookup/Pivot Table), Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Initiative, details oriented, adaptable to change, able to work under pressure and act as a strong team player
• Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Senior Operation Officer
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is preferred
