Job Description
①Start-up for building a HR & Admin section.
・Be responsible for HR & Admin duties in HK.
・Manage all HR operations such as recruitment, staff training, construct salary strategies etc.
②HRBP (HR Business Partner)
・Understand management issues and business strategies, develop an organizational strategy to solve the issues.
・Build a solid bridge and relationship between management and employees.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree
・Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
・More than 10 years of experience in the HR with more than 5 years in the Management role
・Dynamic, passion, customer-oriented with good listening skill and pragmatic professional
・Honest, reliable, excellent interpersonal skills
・Good team-player
・Leadership to influence others, engage others and drive projects to execution
