Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Develop and liaise with production houses/agencies on visual merchandising and marketing collaterals e.g. press release, brochures, seasonal lightbox, in-store décor, content, and images for the digital platform and social media, to enhance brand image
• Formulate and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities to raise brand awareness across the traditional, digital medial platform and social media, and to increase store traffic and customer engagement
• Prepare retail business and operational analysis, reports, and recommendations for management review
• Manage the sales team and daily retail operations
• Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve the sales target
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as a Sales & Marketing Executive
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Degree holder preferable in Marketing/communications or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years of retail marketing experience, preferably in the cosmetics field
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese, Japanese N2 or above is a must;
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and ability to work under pressure
• Cheerful, outgoing and able to work independently
• Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving with a positive working attitude
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
