Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Provide high-quality application support in a range of applications such as SAP, claim system, etc.
• Assist requirement gathering process with application team
• Create and maintain system development documentation for cross-team knowledge sharing
• Systems management and monitoring of server tasks to ensure the batch job of data exchange is processed on schedule
• Conduct Unit Test (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and coordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT), as required
• Coordinate system training to end-users as required
• Travel to China & Asian countries if necessary
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
• Responsible and willing to learn
• Knowledge of programming and SQL
• Knowledge in ERP is a plus
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin ,and Cantonese
