Sales Coordinator (Temporary 3~6 months )

- Issuing purchase order and monitoring the delivery schedule
- Preparing invoice and shipping document
- Following up the order until product delivery
- Planning and issuing forecast

- Certificate or above
- Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience, preferably gained in sourcing/buying office in electronic components
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player
- Good command of both verbal and written business Japanese, English and Mandarin
- General knowledge of MS office and Exchange essential
