Job Description
• To handle full set of air import/export operation documents
• To follow up shipment status
• To monitor airline bookings and procedures
• Handle daily operation related enquiries and correspondence
• Arrange bookings with carriers, co-loaders and follow up
• Plan cargo consolidation for maximization of equalization
• Coordinate with concerned parties to ensure correct shipment requirements
• Ensure smooth and efficient shipment fulfilment
• System data entry
• High school or above
• 3-5 years experience in "FULL" AIR export operation
• Ability to deal with Air Line & Co-loaders
• Middle user level of MS Excel and Word
• Proficiency in written and verbal in English and Mandarin
• Responsible, independent and self-motivated.
• Able to work overtime and work under pressure
• Reliable, Intelligent and high efficient
• A valid certificate of Dangerous Goods and RAT
