Job Description
• Responsible for the full functions of HR and Office Administration.
• Handle payroll process, constantly review and make the necessary improvement to streamline the process.
• To arrange for staff development & compliance training program and company activities.
• Master and maintain the HRIS system to ensure the accuracy of employee data and payroll information.
• Prepare monthly employee cost analysis and improvement plan continually,
• Manage tax calculation and filling for different countries and comply with local compliance.
• Adopt to refine project standards, policies, procedures, and methodologies.
• Participant in ad-hoc HR & General Admin projects
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Stock control in general administration will be an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Japanese proficiency is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly for Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in HRIS ie: FlexSystem and HRplus
• Immediate available preferred.
