Job Description
• Lead the team to provide daily support to the business and corporate functions
• Review and monitor daily operation processes and month-end closing, ensure the accounting and financial procedures comply with local statutory requirements also international standards and practices
• Responsible for financial and management reports, business analysis, annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
• Perform fund management to ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational, capital investment and financial requirement
• Maintain bank relationships and handle Forex transactions
• Develop, implement and maintain financial policies, internal controls and procedures with business units
• Liaise with both internal and external parties to perform the internal and statutory audit, handle taxation related matters
• Manage intercompany transactions and coordinate with a tax consultant for Transfer Pricing Local File
• Support for other ad hoc assignments and projects
• Degree or above in Finance and Accounting discipline
• Qualified accountant with HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• Demonstrate strong accounting capabilities with at least 10 years solid and hands-on accounting operations and financial reporting experience gained in sizeable MNC, including 4 years in a manager role
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (VBA is a must) and PowerPoint, Chinese word processing, experienced in using SAP/R3 is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Possess good analytical, problem solving, time management and interpersonal skills, be initiative and detail-minded
• Able to work independently also a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and develop strong working relationships
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
