Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Work closely with internal parties to handle customer comments, feedback or complaints and provide the best solutions for building excellent customer relationship and the service culture
• Collect feedback & reflect customer needs and expectation to the Group
• Handle customers' inquiries
• 5-day work week with a mixture of shifts during the week and on weekends
• Holidays shift is required
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma or above
• Native Japanese speaker / JLPT N2 or above; good command of spoken and written English is preferable
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Able to demonstrate a high level of customer service orientation
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Good PC skills in MS Office
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
