Job Description
•Handling and following up on individual investors enquiries in a timely manner
•Create and maintain good relationship with both prospective and existing clients.
•Monitoring trading system and client trading activities and alerting to Operations Department if the system failure is found
•Under some circumstances, handling phone order from clients
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
•Graduates in Finance / Business Administration / Economics
•Fluent in spoken and written English / Mandarin
•Good Communication and presentation skills
•Must be able to work on rotating shifts
•PC skills – Word, Excel, Power point
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
• 1-2 years Experiences in financial institution
• Type 3 license holder
• Japanese speaking
