Our client, an electronics company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team
Job Description
Handle customers inquiries, order processing, account follow-up, and inventory control
Support Sales Team in documentation and delivery arrangement
Assist in ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
Diploma or above
Min. 1 year of relevant experience in customer/sales service (Japanese Electronic Industry is preferable)
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese Mandarin & basic Knowledge of Japanese
Proficiency in MS Office
SAP operation experience is preferable
Self-motivated, able to work independently and patient
