Printer):
Job Description
Responsible for customer service and support activities
Supervise the technical matters of the distributor
Responsible to CRM system input for incident, treatment, result for sharing the situation to CRM team in HQ.
Analyze failure and provide related report
Suggest printing technology to supplier, distributor and customer.
Requirements
Higher diploma or above, in Engineering will be advantage;
3 years’ experience in industrial printer business as an engineer;
Good communication skills, good analytical skills, proactive, independent and with strong sense of responsibilities and attention to details;
Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin;
Willing to international travel.

20,000 – 25,000 HKD
Mon - Friday 9 :00 - 18:00
Lai Chi Kok
Transportation : Yes
Medical : Yes
Travel : Yes, HK$300 per overnight stay
Bonus : Yes, discretionary
Double Pay: Yes
Annual Leave : After 1st year service: 10days, max 15days
Sick Leave : Yes (5day / year)
